Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Scope Technologies within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. (Some) products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Scope Technologies at the customers’ expense. Scope Technologies will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Orders must be cancelled at least 7 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund. Cancellations may be subject to a 15% Service Fee (Including but not limited to Fabric and Foam in process).
